Returns



For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any cosmetic products once they have been shipped.


We kindly ask that you double-check your order before completing your purchase.



 

Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items



If you receive a product that is:


  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong shade or item)

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging



Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds



Refunds are only issued if:


  • A product is proven to be defective
  • The wrong item was shipped and we are unable to replace it



If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
